Some of you have paid, some still haven’t—time to square up! The total cost for the Suncadia Airbnb is $2,986.04, which I’ve already covered up front. So far, I’ve only collected from three of you.

Meet up spot.
Since the Airbnb only allows 5 vehicles (and they’re strict about it), let’s meet at my place in North Bend to carpool. There’s plenty of parking if you need to leave a vehicle here.
Plan to arrive between 5–6 PM. We’ll head out by 6 PM sharp. If you’re running late or need to make other arrangements, just call or text me.
Ideally, we’d roll out earlier since we can access the house starting at 4 PM—let’s coordinate on text and see if that works for everyone.
MotorToys - Cle Elum
Trav White and I have been in touch with MotorToys in Cle Elum and already have several ATVs and one side-by-side reserved for our ride on Saturday, July 26 at 9:30 AM.
Each person is responsible for their own rental and deposit. I recommend contacting MotorToys directly as soon as possible to lock in your spot. Let them know you’re with the “Travis Baker Party” and add your name to one of the reserved ATVs.
I’ll be renting one of the side-by-sides so we can swap rides and mix things up. I’ll also check back with MotorToys to confirm everything is squared away.

And if you didn’t know, Trav’s big on wineries—he’s even a member. You should join him and Kirsten sometime; it’s always a good time.

We’ve secured a luxury rental in Cle Elum—Kings Court in Suncadia. The house has 4 bedrooms:
• 3 rooms with King beds
• 1 room with 6 bunks
Travie B gets first pick, of course. The two remaining King rooms will be decided using a random number draw. Here’s how it’ll work:
Everyone picks a number (1–10), and we’ll use Google’s random number generator to choose. Whoever matches gets next pick, and so on.
Too many of us wanted solo rooms, so this is the fairest way to handle it.
As a reminder, there’s a 5-car maximum at the Airbnb, so we’ll need to coordinate transportation carefully.
Here’s how it’s shaping up so far:
• Nick is driving and has room for 2 passengers.
• I’m driving and have room for 2 as well.
• Brian is coming from Eastern Washington, so he’ll have his own car.
• Jake and Jason will likely ride together—that makes 4 cars total.
• Travis White and Travis Baker can park at my place and ride with whoever has space.
• Jamey Madrid and John Franich haven’t confirmed yet, but if they join, they’d make up the 5th car.
Honestly, this is all still TBD, and there are a few ways it could work, but we definitely need to keep it to 5 vehicles max. Let’s stay in touch as we get closer and lock things in.
See Section 3 above for full details. In short, most of us—if not everyone—will be renting ATVs from MotorToys in Cle Elum for a group ride on Saturday morning at 9 AM.
Everyone is responsible for their own rental fees and deposit. Trav White called ahead and reserved a block of ATVs for the group, and I’ll be following up with MotorToys to confirm we have enough.
If you want to be sure your name is on one, feel free to call them directly and let them know you’re part of the Travis Baker Party.
Bring appropriate footwear for ATV riding and any gear you might want.
I’m planning to stop at the grocery store in Cle Elum on the way in to grab food and drinks. We’ll probably eat in on Friday or grab something quick, but it’s a good idea to have snacks, drinks, and breakfast supplies on hand—especially for Sunday morning. Check-out is at 11 AM on Sunday.
Trav is bringing board games (of course), I’ll bring a party speaker and a Quest 3.
The house is set up with a pool table, hot tub, ping pong, and shuffleboard, so bring swim trunks—and your own pool cue if you’re feeling fancy.
